Refund policy

 

Due to safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened products. The only exception is for items damaged during shipping. A replacement will be offered by following the procedure below.

  

  1. Inform us at contact@nutrika.ca within 7 days upon receipt of goods.

  2. Attach a photo of the product that clearly displays the damage.

  3. Once we confirmed the return, a replacement will be shipped.
